Travel Certificate

This is a copy of the Travel Certificate for Ostomates that was supplied to me by my local Ostomy Association. If you are travelling it might be a handy tool for you as it explains in five different languages what an ostomy is and, should the need arise that your bag must be removed, that a qualified physician should be present.
