More Info: i had j pouch but converted to a Kock's Pouch. My mom has a j pouch and had uc too.

More Info: I had a Brooke ileostomy for 28 years & had it converted in June 2004 to a Koch pouch. My surgery was done by Dr. Zane Cohen in Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto.
