Since this list is getting so long, I have decided to split it up into categories since each surgery brings with it slightly different issues. This will enable you to go straight to that page and find people who have been or are in a similar situation to you. Note: in some cases you will find people's names listed in more than one category - these people will obviously have had more than one type of surgery and for whatever reason have had to have a second one.
