I understand. I just HAD A K-POUCH CREATED IN JANUARY, AND HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. ALSO REMEMBER HAVING THIS WHEN MY J-POUCH WAS CREATED 16 YEARS AGO.

nOW i NEVER FEEL THE URGE TO PEE
I JUST PEE EVERY TIME BEFORE I CATH. THEN IT'S VERY HARD TO EMPTY THE BLADDER-LOTS COMES OUT, BUT I HAVE TO "PUSH", WAIT- PUSH & STILL DOESN'T FEEL LIKE I GET ALL OF IT OUT.

A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT RESIDUAL URINE CAUSING AN INFECTION.
MY SURGEON REACTS LIKE SHE'S NEVER HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM,SAYS SHE MAY HAVE NICKED NERVES CONNECTED TO THE BLADDER-WHO KNOWS? WANTS ME TO SEE A UROLOGIST, BUT I'M TOO TIRED OF DOCTORING RIGHT NOW TO DO THAT.
