Mich: with the Coloplast conseal plug, one piece - plug and paste, plug and paste, lol. An item I use almost all the time. No info needed there I think, apart from the fact that I irrigate. (Maybe that I so much want to have a six pack abdomen, but well - that's just more whining, lol)
